About Does It Affect Me?

When a hurricane is coming, almost everyone asks the same question: will it affect me, here? News coverage talks about whole states, and technical maps are hard to read. This site answers that question by state, island and city, with official information in plain English.

We use official sources only and always link to the National Weather Service and emergency management agencies. We are not an early-warning system and we do not replace local officials.
